AFRICAN HEALTH SCIENCES

African Health Sciences is an open access, free online, internationally refereed journal publishing original articles on research, clinical practice, public health, policy, planning, implementation and evaluation, in the health and related sciences relevant to Africa and the tropics. African Health Sciences acknowledges support provided by the African Health Journals Partnership Project that is funded by the US National Institutes of Health (through the National Library of Medicine and the Fogarty International Center) and facilitated by the Council of Science Editors.

ACTA MEDICA PORTUGUESA

The Acta Médica Portuguesa is scientific journal of the portuguese order of physicians. His main objective is the publication of scientific articles in the medical field. The types of articles are: original, review, editorial, medical imaging, perspective, guidance standards. All articles are subject to peer review by two external reviewers.

ACTA MEDICA MEDITERRANEA

Acta Medica Mediterranea is an independent, international, English-language, peer-reviewed journal, online and open-access, designed for internists and physicians. The journal publishes a variety of manuscript types, including review articles, original research, case reports and letters to the editor. Carbone Editions evolved from the scientific journal Sicilian Archives of Medicine and Surgery founded in 1960 after the death of Professor Carmelo Pennino. The Archives were registered with the city of Palermo, Italy on the 29th of October 1960 (32/60).

ACTA CLINICA CROATICA

Acta Clinica Croatica (Acta Clin Croat) is a peer-reviewed general medical journal open to physicians and scientists from the field of biomedicine and health, with a focus on clinical medicine. The international Editorial Board of the journal consists of renowned Croatian and international experts. The journal uses the Diamond Open Access model. This means that there are NO author processing fees and no fees to access the published papers.

ACTA CLINICA BELGICA

Acta Clinica Belgica: International Journal of Clinical and Laboratory Medicine primarily publishes papers on clinical medicine, clinical chemistry, pathology and molecular biology, provided they describe results that contribute to our understanding of clinical problems or describe new methods applicable to clinical investigation. Readership includes physicians, pathologists, pharmacists and physicians working in non-academic and academic hospitals, practicing internal medicine and its subspecialties.

The journal was founded by the prominent Russian therapists M.P. Konchalovsky and G.F. Lang in 1923. Then its editors-in-chief were Professors V.N. Vinogradov and A.G. Gukasyan. Since 1972, E.I. Chazov, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, has been heading the editorial board of the journal.

SWISS MEDICAL WEEKLY

Swiss Medical Weekly, which began publication in 1871 as “Correspondenz-Blatt für Schweizer Aerzte”, is an international peer-reviewed medical journal following the Public Service Open Access model (PSOA, also known as Platinum or Diamond Open Access). Public Service Open Access means that the articles are published fully open access and that the journal does not charge any APCs (article-processing charges).
