Neurosciences

HEARING RESEARCH

The aim of the journal is to provide a forum for papers concerned with basic peripheral and central auditory mechanisms. Emphasis is on experimental and clinical studies, but theoretical and methodological papers will also be considered.

FOLIA NEUROPATHOLOGICA

Folia Neuropathologica is an official journal of the Mossakowski Medical Research Centre Polish Academy of Sciences and the Polish Association of Neuropathologists. This international journal deals with all aspects of clinical and experimental neuropathology and related fields of neuroscience research. The scope of journal includes surgical and experimental pathomorphology, ultrastructure, immunohistochemistry, biochemistry and molecular biology of the nervous tissue. Papers on surgical neuropathology and neuroimaging are also welcome.

EUROPEAN NEUROLOGY

European Neurology publishes original papers, reviews and letters to the editor. Papers presented in this journal cover clinical aspects of diseases of the nervous system and muscles, as well as their neuropathological, biochemical, and electrophysiological basis. New diagnostic probes, pharmacological and surgical treatments are evaluated from clinical evidence and basic investigative studies. The journal also features original works and reviews on the history of neurology.

EUROPEAN JOURNAL OF NEUROSCIENCE

EJN is the journal of FENS and supports the international neuroscientific community by publishing original high quality research articles and reviews in all fields of neuroscience. In addition, to engage with issues that are of interest to the science community, we also publish Editorials, Meetings Reports and Neuro-Opinions on topics that are of current interest in the fields of neuroscience research and training in science. We have recently established a series of ‘Profiles of Women in Neuroscience’.

DEVELOPMENTAL NEUROSCIENCE

Developmental Neuroscience is a multidisciplinary journal publishing papers covering all stages of invertebrate, vertebrate and human brain development. Emphasis is placed on publishing fundamental as well as translational studies that contribute to our understanding of mechanisms of normal development as well as genetic and environmental causes of abnormal brain development. The journal thus provides valuable information for both physicians and biologists.

DEVELOPMENTAL NEUROBIOLOGY

Developmental Neurobiology publishes original research articles and critical review papers on all aspects of nervous system development and aging, including plasticity and the ontogeny of behavior, and regeneration and repair as well as changes brought about by disease. The general aim of the journal is to be the forum of choice for the broad presentation and discussion of the mechanisms underlying the dynamic nature of the structural and functional properties of the nervous system.

CNS & NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS-DRUG TARGETS

CNS & Neurological Disorders - Drug Targets aims to cover all the latest and outstanding developments on the medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, molecular biology, genomics and biochemistry of contemporary molecular targets involved in neurological and central nervous system (CNS) disorders e.g. disease specific proteins, receptors, enzymes, genes. CNS & Neurological Disorders - Drug Targets publishes guest edited thematic issues written by leaders in the field covering a range of current topics of CNS & neurological drug targets.
